About the Role

You will manage compliance workstreams for sponsor-bank relationships, product launches, and market expansions. You will translate agreements and regulations into product requirements, maintain launch documentation, support reviews and audits, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in banking, fintech, or payments
• Knowledge of bank sponsorship and Banking-as-a-Service models
• Knowledge of third-party risk management expectations
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, EFTA, and GLBA
• Ability to interpret bank partnership agreements, regulatory guidance, and compliance requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and bank partners
• Written communication and compliance documentation experience
• Project management and organizational skills
• Compliance risk assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day compliance contact for sponsor bank partners
• Review products, features, and market expansions for compliance impact
• Translate regulations and bank partner requirements into product requirements
• Build and maintain compliance documentation, policies, checklists, controls, and risk assessments
• Interpret bank partnership agreements, network rules, and regulatory guidance
• Partner with Product and Engineering during product design
• Support disclosure, marketing, and UX reviews
• Support bank oversight activities, audits, exams, and third-party risk assessments
• Monitor regulatory and network developments affecting card issuing, BaaS, and stablecoin-linked payments
• Track compliance deliverables and escalate risks
