Staff/Principal Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term priorities in line with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead the development of a scalable, modular, and integrated platform using APIs, SDKs, and modular design principles.
• Create streamlined processes for feature requests, prioritization, and product delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to balance strategic fit, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Implement analytics and observability practices to measure platform performance and guide product decisions.
• Align platform development with customer and market needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, technical consulting, or CTO/CPO-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, APIs, SDKs, modular design, and integration strategies.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL and data-informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
