Location: Hybrid role based at 100 Liverpool Street in London, UK, with a minimum of three office days per week and regular travel to Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do
- Lead the People strategy across the UK and Portugal in alignment with European and global business objectives.
- Guide the Europe business through organisational growth, developing leadership capability, talent practices and scalable People processes.
- Advise senior leaders on performance, organisational challenges, change, employee relations and complex People decisions.
- Build and retain technical and consulting talent through career development, performance management, compensation, succession and workforce planning.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Europe People team while partnering with the Global People and Talent team.
- Represent European needs in global decisions and translate global priorities into regional practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive People or HR experience, including leadership responsibility and autonomy in a high-growth professional services organisation.
- Ability to work from the London office at least three days per week and travel regularly to Lisbon.
- Experience supporting organisations through significant growth, including organisational design, leadership development and People model evolution.
- Strong experience partnering with senior executives and influencing business and organisational decisions.
- Experience developing and retaining technical or specialist talent, including career frameworks, performance management, succession planning and compensation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; experience supporting employees and leaders in Portugal or other international locations is beneficial.
