Lead Platform Engineer - PRO (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Base pay: $102,000–$175,950 per year

What you will do

• Translate the PR&O product roadmap into solution designs, technical backlogs, engineering plans, and non-functional requirements.
• Design and guide implementation across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and connected enterprise services.
• Define reusable domain models, APIs, integration patterns, data flows, security boundaries, and operational requirements.
• Engineer privacy, cybersecurity, auditability, data governance, reliability, observability, and compliance controls into platform capabilities.
• Design governed AI and automation capabilities using LLM integration, agents, RAG, tool calling, evaluation, and human oversight.
• Lead design reviews, delivery partners, production incidents, release readiness, technical quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale products, platforms, integrations, or distributed systems.
• 4+ years as a lead engineer, solution architect, principal engineer, or technical lead accountable for solution design and execution.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, extensibility, integration, data, security, release management, and operations.
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Copilot, and Copilot Studio integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and platform observability.
• Experience delivering production AI solutions and engineering systems in regulated, security-conscious, or complex enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with professional-relations operations, regulated interactions, or compliance-sensitive workflows.
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise services across Azure and AWS.
• Experience building enterprise agent solutions, reusable SDKs, framework libraries, or global platforms with controlled regional variation.
