Senior Product Manager, Go-To-Market Systems (AI)

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of a hub office in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York

Base salary: $154,700–$216,600 USD per year, with potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for sales technology supporting advertiser growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate seller workflows and improve advertiser and seller experiences.
• Build tools for account planning, customer health scoring, relationship management, data quality, enrichment, and line-of-business expansion.
• Improve data foundations for an AI-first strategy through entity resolution, enrichment, and data orchestration.
• Measure product impact using experimentation, KPIs, customer feedback, seller efficiency, revenue, and quality metrics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, vendors, systems owners, GTM leaders, product leaders, data teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS technology, and AI-powered tooling.
• Strong fluency with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment, lead routing and scoring, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
• Experience driving cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize investments.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments requiring continuous shaping, testing, and improvement.
• Must be based within commuting distance of a listed U.S. hub office.
