Senior Product Manager (AI Platform)

Location

Location: New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday and Friday work from home options depending on role)

Salary

Estimated base salary range: $202,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to identify challenges in managing agentic work and inform the product roadmap.
• Discover and validate high-leverage AI platform opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions quickly.
• Focus on cross-product AI capabilities that create scalable value rather than isolated improvements.
• Set investment priorities in AI capabilities including ROI measurement, governance, monitoring, and administration.
• Manage complex cross-functional agentic workflows and pilot new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City with hybrid office attendance on specified days
• Senior individual contributor product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AI-first products including model deployment, inference hosting, evaluation, fine-tuning, and data privacy.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead open-ended outcomes.
• Strong prioritization and sequencing skills for high-impact initiatives.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to drive revenue and unblock deals.
