Senior Director, PGS and Enterprise Solutions Data Strategy & Architecture Lead (AI)

Location: United States - Pennsylvania - Collegeville; hybrid work location assignment. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. Relocation assistance may be available based on eligibility.

Annual base salary: $214,900–$358,100, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Define and own the target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap for hirify.global Global Supply and Enterprise Solutions.
• Own the canonical data model and domain ontologies using open standards including ISA-95 and ISA-88.
• Define data contracts, schema standards, trusted data product criteria, and data and integration governance.
• Lead architecture reviews, build-versus-conform decisions, and standards sign-off across federated solution teams and domain builders.
• Build and lead a team of architects and technical data stewards paired with business data owners.
• Establish GxP data governance, data integrity by design, and readiness for emerging AI and data regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or data engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams and setting standards at enterprise scale.
• Experience owning enterprise data architecture, data models, and data standards in a large federated organization.
• Applied knowledge of AI technologies and the requirements for AI-ready data.
• Experience with digital manufacturing, quality, supply chain, SAP ERP concepts, and regulated GxP or comparable environments.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or supply chain domain knowledge.
• Working knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88, data product operating models, and data contracts.
• TOGAF, DAMA CDMP, or comparable architecture and data management credentials.
• Experience with paired business and technical ownership or stewardship models.
