Escrow Assistant (Real Estate)

Location: Angels Camp, California, USA; in office five days per week

Salary: $20.31–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with escrow processes, including opening orders and entering closing statement information.
• Prepare closing documents, manage disbursements, and complete follow-up activities.
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process.
• Interpret agreements related to escrow closings.
• Use transaction technologies while supporting customers and delivering a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in the Angels Camp branch.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of escrow-related experience.
• Experience contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team.
