Stipulation Specialist (Consumer Finance)

Location: Remote within the United States; remote employees must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.

Salary: USD $18.50–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process stipulation documents and review them against company requirements.
• Apply stipulation policies to identify documents and situations requiring supervisor review.
• Communicate with dealers by phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Verify loan terms with new customers and handle customer service and payment calls.
• Enter credit applications and support related departmental functions as needed.
• Build dealer relationships while meeting volume, quality, accuracy, and deadline goals.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or one year of experience in underwriting or lending.
• Ability to interpret financial reports, legal documents, technical materials, and customer or regulatory inquiries.
• Ability to calculate interest, discounts, commissions, percentages, and other basic financial figures.
• Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written and oral instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Must reside in one of the approved U.S. states for remote employment.
