Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and client-service support to advisors and portfolio managers.
  • Respond to routine requests involving cash transfers, deposits, withdrawals, gifting, statements, tax documents, and account information.
  • Prepare account-opening and account-maintenance paperwork, gather documentation, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Coordinate with custodians and financial institutions to process requests and resolve routine service issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support new-client onboarding, meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Support IRA distributions, Required Minimum Distributions, charitable gifts, and other transactions under the guidance of experienced team members.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–4 years of professional experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, legal, or another client-focused environment.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, use sound judgment, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM, custodial, and other wealth-management technology.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant professional experience is also considered. Investment licenses, advanced certifications, trading experience, and specific wealth-management software experience are not required.
