Nurse Practitioner - Part time 30 hours - Evernorth - Clearwater FL

Location: Onsite at the health center in Clearwater, Florida, United States. Schedule: 3 ten-hour clinic days per week.

Part-time role: 30 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide primary care and low-acuity urgent care in a workplace-based setting.
• Deliver extended episodic acute care and support chronic condition education and co-management.
• Oversee CLIA-waived testing, prescription dispensing, and specimen collection laboratory activities.
• Conduct biometric screenings, health and wellness education, and one-on-one health coaching.
• Recommend travel medicine services, administer immunizations or allergen immunotherapy when properly trained, and refer patients to wellness programs.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, LPNs, HR/Benefits partners, and other health care team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of a certified Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the respective state, with ability to practice independently.
• At least two years of independent Nurse Practitioner experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• DEA licensure, prescriptive authority, and BLS certification, with ability to maintain each.
• Strong primary care experience, including women's health, interpersonal skills, time management, and customer focus.
• Ability to work the required clinic schedule of three ten-hour days and maintain reliable attendance.

• Phlebotomy experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish.
