What you will do

• Define end-user pain points and expected end-user experience across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain multi-generation product roadmaps with end-user feature details.
• Gather and document product requirements as user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for development squads, making critical prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Leader and Product Marketing to set strategic priorities and support successful product launches.
• Establish and lead customer advisory councils to collect feedback and insights.

Requirements

• Be based in Tianjin, China.
• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner (or similar product management role) with strong backlog management across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with backlog tools such as Jira.
• Experience defining user personas, developing product roadmaps, and managing backlogs.
• Good knowledge of medium to high voltage power transformers and asset protection and monitoring products.
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (training can be provided).
