Product Owner - Transformers Valuestream (Energy)

What you will do

• Define end-user problems, personas, workflows, pain points, and expected product experiences across the product lifecycle.
• Create and maintain multigeneration product roadmaps with detailed end-user features and use cases.
• Gather, define, and document product requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Agile development squads.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Leader and Product Marketing to set priorities and launch products.
• Establish and lead customer advisory councils to gather feedback and drive user-focused enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and backlog tools such as Jira.
• Experience defining user personas, developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and covering the full product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of medium- to high-voltage power transformers, power utilities, and asset protection and monitoring products.
• Experience with sensors and monitoring systems for temperature, pressure, flow, partial discharge, and dissolved gas analysis, as well as distributed data acquisition, substation automation, grid monitoring, or industrial IoT solutions.

Nice to have

• Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner; training may be provided for candidates with relevant experience.
• Experience establishing customer panels, going to Gemba, mapping customer workflows, and identifying product use cases.
