What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and localization to commercial launch.
- Act as the primary commercial bridge between local sales, R&D, and global headquarters.
- Conduct structured Voice of Customer (VOC) research to identify pain points and define product requirements.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow market share in industrial and high-tech verticals.
- Define pricing strategies and monitor product profitability to optimize business performance.
- Create sales enablement materials and provide technical-commercial training to channel partners and teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development within industrial automation or sensors.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strong technical aptitude in pressure, level, flow, and temperature measurement technologies.
- Proven experience in product localization and new product development.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
