AVP, Head of Supply Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end supply ecosystem for vouchers, rewards, offers, and partner-provided products.
• Develop supply strategies supporting portfolio diversity, freshness, relevance, user engagement, and business growth.
• Drive category definition, assortment planning, supply prioritization, rationalization, and lifecycle management.
• Align supply plans with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Product, demand forecasts, and campaign requirements.
• Establish supply governance, quality standards, operational controls, and risk management processes.
• Monitor supply performance and build scalable systems and operating models for marketplace growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply management, category management, fintech, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
• Experience managing product assortments, supply ecosystems, partner portfolios, or marketplace categories.
• Strong understanding of availability, utilization, redemption, conversion, and supply velocity metrics.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operational standards, and scalable business processes.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product, and Operations.
