Senior Product Lead, Embedded

Location: Hybrid role based in Espoo or Oulu, Finland

What you will do

• Translate embedded product strategy into an actionable technical roadmap and define strategy for target market segments.
• Align customer and user requirements with the embedded roadmap.
• Manage technical relationships with semiconductor, board, operating system, and cloud service partners.
• Own product strategy execution, including P&L and ROI business cases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, UX, portfolio management, business analysis, IT, Marketing, and Sales.
• Lead the embedded go-to-market and communicate product value to users in an AI-first developer market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in the embedded software industry.
• Experience building P&L and ROI business cases for technical and product investment decisions.
• Strong knowledge of chipsets, GPUs, hardware platforms, and BSPs.
• Hands-on experience with Yocto Linux, Android, Linux distributions, and real-time operating systems.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across time zones without direct authority.
• Proficient or native-level written and verbal English, plus a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of AI-driven developer tools and platforms.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
