Senior Product Manager, Hardware (Wearable Health)

Location: Hybrid - Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. Occasional travel and meetings outside regular working hours are required.

What you will do

• Own a new hardware product from discovery through delivery, defining benefits, requirements, and north star goals.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, scientists, marketers, and analysts to solve product and customer challenges.
• Build product narratives based on customer insights and translate technical capabilities into clear stories with product marketing.
• Manage product requirements and progress throughout the product lifecycle, facilitating decisions on trade-offs and risks.
• Improve product-making processes by clarifying responsibilities, requirements, and solutions.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and educate the organization on customer-centric product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering high-impact products.
• Experience taking new or existing products, rather than individual features, from concept to commercial launch with minimal supervision.
• Ability to combine consumer, technology, and business insights into clear, data-backed narratives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex challenges with empathy, intelligence, and drive.

• Consumer or wearable product expertise.
