Senior Product Lead, Embedded (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Espoo or Oulu, Finland

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into an actionable technical roadmap for an embedded developer framework.
• Align customer and user requirements with the embedded roadmap and define market-segment strategy.
• Manage technical relationships with semiconductor, board, operating-system, and cloud-service partners.
• Lead strategy execution using P&L and ROI calculations to support investment decisions.
• Provide product leadership across R&D and UX while coordinating internal stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Sales.
• Lead the embedded go-to-market and communicate product value to users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in the embedded software industry.
• Proven experience building P&L and ROI business cases for technical and product investments.
• Strong knowledge of chipsets, GPUs, hardware platforms, BSPs, Yocto Linux, Android, Linux distributions, and real-time operating systems.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across time zones without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of AI-driven developer tools and platforms.
• Proficient or native-level English and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
