Business Value Consultant (CCaaS/UCaaS/AI)

What you will do

• Advise the global sales team on strategic and critical opportunities involving CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, contact centre, and AI solutions.
• Analyse prospects' and customers' business processes, technology strategies, contact centre analytics, and performance metrics.
• Recommend solution architectures, configuration changes, best practices, and product or service improvements.
• Conduct discovery, ROI analysis, contact centre reviews, proof-of-concept support, and change management sessions.
• Provide guidance on call flows, workforce management, quality monitoring, key metrics, and contact centre operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations, mentor internal teams, and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience with CCaaS and UCaaS.
• 5+ years of operational contact centre experience.
• Knowledge of contact centre technology, quality management, workforce management, VoIP, and unified communications.
• Understanding of AI applications for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, organisational, analytical, and project management skills; flexibility to travel.

Nice to have

• Technology sales engineering experience.
• Professional consulting experience; internal consulting and cross-functional collaboration are also considered.
