What you will do

• Write comprehensive bi-monthly and initial SEO campaign reports for clients.
• Perform quality assurance and proofreading on reports created by other team members.
• Analyze campaign trends to provide strategic insights and growth opportunities.
• Track internal deliverables, campaign metrics, and project status updates.
• Develop monthly specialized reports regarding SEO best practices.
• Attend client kickoff calls and present data-driven insights as needed.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and PPC trends, tools, and ranking factors.
• Ability to interpret complex campaign data and communicate insights clearly.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet strict deadlines with extreme attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEMrush, WebCEO, or Facebook Ads.
• Knowledge of Basecamp and Google Workspace / G Suite.
• Prior experience preparing SEO, PPC, or digital marketing reports.
