Sales Manager (Leasing)

What you will do

• Implement the leasing strategy and manage leasing specialists to maximize residential rental income.
• Handle renewals, transfers, move-ins, move-outs, lease execution, tours, and prospect communication.
• Partner with property and asset management to set rents and concessions for new leases and renewals.
• Research market conditions, competitor pricing, concessions, occupancy, and leased percentages.
• Maintain resident retention programs, resident events, online reputation, and corporate marketing relationships.
• Support property inspections, tour-route readiness, reporting, record keeping, and timely communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Class A multifamily high-rise Leasing Manager or 5+ years of multifamily high-rise leasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Detailed knowledge of leases, rental applications, rules, regulations, and applicable state or local ordinances.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Florida.
