Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Lofts at 7100

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA; onsite at Lofts at 7100

Salary: $20.00 per hour base pay, plus performance-based commissions. Top performers may earn $112,000+ in total annual compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the leasing journey from initial inquiry through signed lease.
• Understand prospect needs, recommend suitable apartments, and conduct property tours.
• Convert prospects through follow-up, objection handling, and clear communication.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and deliver a strong prospect and resident experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and current knowledge of availability, pricing, amenities, and promotions.
• Collaborate with community and marketing teams, support other hirify.global as needed, and follow Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or a similar goal-driven environment.
• Ability to build relationships, follow a sales process, and meet performance goals.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and adaptability.
• Availability Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, generally from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; hours may vary.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support other hirify.global.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
