Analytics Engineering Lead

Location: New York, NY; the Data team goes into the office 2–3 days a week

What you will do

• Own the full marketing analytics workflow from raw data and models to dashboards and insights.
• Develop the strategy for marketing attribution, performance measurement, and channel optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify growth and efficiency opportunities and shape business priorities.
• Build intuitive dashboards that support fast, data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering to validate and optimize scalable data pipelines and maintain a trusted source of truth.
• Promote evidence-based decision-making through documentation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience owning analytics end to end at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Strong analytics engineering expertise with clean, performant SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate with operations, engineering, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Experience designing clean, scalable systems from scratch and taking end-to-end ownership.
• Interest in working with the NYC-based Data team and attending the office 2–3 days per week.
