Actuarial and Consulting Internship Programme – Summer 2027 - London

Location: London, United Kingdom; interns are expected to work in the hirify.global office five days a week during the internship.

hirify.global provides pensions actuarial and consulting services, supporting clients with pension scheme dechirify.globalns through mathematics, data, and clear communication.

What you will do

• Carry out calculations for pension scheme members and client organisations.
• Help build and check financial models using statistical methods.
• Review data, explain findings, and prepare clear communications and supporting materials.
• Research business and market developments.
• Support client projects and attend team or client meetings where appropriate.
• Contribute ideas that improve the service while developing actuarial, analytical, and consulting skills.

Requirements

• Penultimate-year student on a full-time university course, expecting to graduate in 2028.
• Availability to start full-time employment in September 2028.
• Interest in mathematics, finance, and problem-solving; students from any subject are welcome.
• Students studying a non-numerical degree must have Mathematics at A level grade B or higher, or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to organise time, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, collaborate, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
