2027 Graduate Business Data Analyst - Birmingham (Pensions)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of four office days per week initially, reducing to two or three days per week

What you will do

• Prepare, check and analyse pension scheme data.
• Identify data-quality issues and support improvements.
• Develop and deliver projects and client solutions.
• Gather, document and maintain business requirements.
• Work with client-focused and multidisciplinary teams to understand objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences while building knowledge of data tools, digital developments and the pensions sector.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification completed by 1 September 2027, with a 2.1 or higher, or expected equivalent for final-year students.
• Interest in data, technology, business and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical, organisational, written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage competing priorities, learn new tools and respond constructively to feedback.
• High standards of care, accuracy, respect, fairness and integrity.
• Ability to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
