Digital Transformation Advisory Lead

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for KSA is required.

What you will do

• Establish and govern enterprise digital transformation portfolios aligned with business strategy, funding models, transformation priorities, and benefits realization.
• Maintain portfolio governance, roadmaps, PMO/DTMO standards, intake management, prioritization, stage-gates, reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Oversee Digital Factory initiatives from MVPs and pilots through scaled organizational solutions.
• Partner with executives and transformation leaders, lead steering committees and portfolio reviews, and provide dashboards on progress, value, risks, and corrective actions.
• Enable transformation across cloud modernization, AI, automation, data platforms, and core business systems while promoting continuous improvement.
• Advise on Agile, hybrid, and product-based delivery at portfolio and enterprise scale, including delivery maturity, capacity, velocity, and dependency management.

Requirements

• Extensive portfolio and program management experience in PMO, DTMO, Digital Factory, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Proven success governing digital transformation portfolios across multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and business functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, hybrid, and product-based delivery models and their application at scale.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders, providing decision support, and guiding strategic transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Fluent or professional English and Arabic, written and verbal; valid working visa for KSA required.

Nice to have

• Experience with RFP management, vendor evaluation, partner governance, and third-party relationships.
• Exposure to digital, data, AI, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives, including web, mobile, integration, and collaboration platforms.
