Transformation Manager (AI/Product Led Development): Leading the end-to-end IDS transformation roadmap across product-led development, AI adoption, process modernization, and knowledge management with an accent on governance, operating-model implementation, and measurable delivery outcomes. Focus on scaling AI use cases, improving portfolio visibility and capacity planning, and driving change across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office; 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old.

What you will do
- Lead the IDS transformation roadmap across product-led development, AI adoption, process modernization, and knowledge management.
- Advise senior leadership, establish transformation governance, and report on progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
- Implement and scale the Product Led Development operating model, including intake, backlog management, planning, JIRA usage, estimation, and capacity planning.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases such as inquiry automation, impact analysis, access provisioning, and test automation.
- Drive process standardization, agile delivery, operational improvements, KPI and OKR frameworks, and data-driven portfolio reporting.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, capability building, coaching, and continuous improvement across IDS.
Requirements
- Experience as a transformation leader managing enterprise-scale programs and end-to-end delivery roadmaps.
- Ability to align Product, Technology, Operations, Business, AI Labs, and Systems stakeholders.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and risk-management processes.
- Knowledge of product-led development, agile delivery, process modernization, portfolio management, and change management.
- Ability to lead AI transformation from proof of concept through secure, scalable adoption.
- Ability to work from the Kraków office 3 days per week under the hybrid model.
