Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement

What you will do

• Design structured change strategies for complex AI and Google Workspace transformations using methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter.
• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise discovery workshops, change impact analyses, design-thinking sessions, and Art of the Possible kickoffs.
• Advise executives, coach sponsors, manage resistance, and activate Gemini Captain change-champion networks.
• Develop persona-based learning journeys, role-based training, change narratives, leader toolkits, prompt libraries, and other enablement assets.
• Lead Gemini Enterprise pilots, manage Vanguard Cohorts, and establish support channels, office hours, and self-service support agents.
• Measure adoption through productivity baselines, pulse surveys, usage dashboards, and weekly reports for stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting on enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci/ADKAR certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs, such as Google Workspace or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication, narrative development, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with generative AI adoption, including Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI.
• Experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm.
• Technical literacy and experience translating technical changes into human-centered actions.
• Experience building adoption dashboards and running strategy workshops with Miro or Mural.
