Senior Experience Designer (UX)

What you will do

• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability testing, surveys and stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer needs, behaviours, pain points and opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes and A/B test approaches.
• Lead workshops, design reviews and client discussions, presenting recommendations and facilitating decisions.
• Shape experience strategies, service improvements, product roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, product and development teams while mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a portfolio covering user research, UX and service design.
• Evidence of delivering measurable outcomes for clients and translating insight into product, service and UX solutions.
• Experience planning and leading research, facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong experience with Figma, Miro and digital collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and support or mentor junior team members.
