Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and optimise digital acquisition journeys that help customers move forward with credit.
• Lead the design process from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, launch and continuous improvement.
• Use customer insight, behavioural data and research findings to identify opportunities and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Analysts and stakeholders in cross-functional Agile squads.
• Contribute to new partner propositions, pitch work and strategic growth initiatives.
• Measure outcomes and iterate journeys to improve customer and business performance.

Requirements

• Significant Product Design experience with strong end-to-end UX, UI and Service Design capability.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with design and research tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Passion for creating intuitive digital experiences that balance customer needs and business objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with UserZoom, Jira and FigJam.
• Experience designing acquisition, onboarding or application journeys.
• Financial services, retail or digital product experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, Service Design or Enterprise UX.
