Sales Agent (Automotive)

Location: Office-based in Kirkcaldy, United Kingdom (KY2 6NA)

Salary: £26,994 basic annual salary, plus potential monthly commission payments.

What you will do

• Handle enquiries from customers interested in selling vehicles through the website.
• Check HPI and DVLA systems to verify finance status, vehicle categorization, and mileage.
• Negotiate with customers by phone to secure the best possible vehicle prices.
• Verify invoicing details and process payments accurately.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
• High attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work from the Kirkcaldy office.
