Project Manager

Location: Based at client locations, working remotely, or based at the Godalming or Milton Keynes offices. Candidates must have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus company benefits.

What you will do

• Own the definition, planning, documentation, delivery, and closure of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery momentum.
• Select and apply Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches according to the project context.
• Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior clients, suppliers, and delivery teams.
• Manage governance, assurance, decision-making, business readiness, change, and benefits realisation.
• Oversee commercial and financial management, including suppliers, government business cases, cost control, and escalation of issues.

Requirements

• Experienced project management background with a proactive, accountable, and outcome-focused approach.
• Experience delivering technology projects with effective governance, financial controls, and project oversight.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain minimum SC clearance, including at least 5 years of UK residency and the right to work in the UK.

• Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the area of work.
• Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience.
