Preventive Maintenance Leader/Planner

Location: Sikeston, Missouri, United States. The position is site-based. Applicants requiring international relocation to the United States will not be considered.

What you will do

• Lead the Preventive Maintenance Pillar, including equipment classification and PM policy execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities using cost and loss data.
• Coordinate maintenance execution through Maintenance Coordinators and Electrical/Mechanical Technicians.
• Develop World Class Manufacturing capabilities and support Autonomous Maintenance maturity.
• Manage spare-parts strategies, inventory levels, critical spares, and replenishment.
• Own and improve the CMMS, technical documentation, maintenance work orders, and selected factory projects.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Early Equipment Management.
• Project management experience.
• Must work at the Sikeston, Missouri site; international relocation to the United States is not supported for applicants who require it.
