What you will do

• Support electrical maintenance functions at a specialty rolled products facility.
• Supervise hourly maintenance employees and lead, train, motivate, and direct the workforce.
• Plan maintenance work around production schedules and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Identify, request, and locate critical spare parts and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment and define accurate work scopes.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance and proactive company safety initihirify.globalves.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, or four years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Technical knowledge of maintenance and operhirify.globalons functions.
• Excellent oral and written communichirify.globalon skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, manage priorities, and work within budget constraints.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and ability to use and maintain maintenance systems.
