Payroll Specialist (Austrian Payroll)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice, Poznań, Warsaw, or Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Manage the full Austrian payroll process from A to Z for clients under different collective agreements.
• Act as the first point of contact for labour law, social security, and tax-related questions.
• Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and tax offices to resolve complex issues.
• Handle payroll administration and prepare reports and statistics.
• Participate in client projects, payroll transitions, and implementation processes.
• Share payroll expertise with junior colleagues and support onboarding and training.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Austrian payroll administration.
• Completed payroll qualification or certification.
• Solid MS Office skills and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
• Service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.
