Payroll Expert (HR Automation)

What you will do

• Bring payroll processing in-house and manage the transition from the external payroll provider.
• Prepare accurate payroll in ERP Optima for employees, civil-law contractors and other forms of engagement.
• Coordinate B2B contractor settlements with the Accounting team and prepare related HR documentation and contracts.
• Administer working-time records, leave management, payroll reports, cost analyses and statutory declarations.
• Cooperate with ZUS, tax offices and other authorities on HR and payroll matters.
• Improve and automate HR and payroll processes using ERP Optima, PeopleForce, WEBCON and other solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience independently managing payroll.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll regulations, social security, personal income tax and employment and civil-law contract settlements.
• Practical experience with ERP Optima, HR and payroll systems, and process automation.
• Experience working with ZUS and tax authorities.
• Advanced Excel skills, accuracy, independence and ownership of responsibilities.
• University degree and professional working proficiency in English.

• Experience bringing payroll processes in-house from an external provider.
• Participation in HR Operations or Payroll implementation and transformation projects.
