Senior HR Operations Specialist (French)

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, and hold a valid work permit and residency in Poland.

Salary: zł106,000–zł142,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive HR operational support to new hires, current employees, and HR partners.
• Manage complex problem resolution and case documentation in collaboration with HR partners and Centers of Excellence.
• Execute HR processes including benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities.
• Achieve established KPIs and maintain high customer service standards.
• Maintain and update SOPs and process maps while participating in knowledge sharing.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in general HR, benefits, or payroll.
• Business-level proficiency in English and French.
• Must hold a valid work permit and residency in Poland.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Aptitude for learning HR/IT systems and solid computer skills.
