Order Handling Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance and contribute to service and operational targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, order-related questions, issue resolution, and after-sales support.
• Maintain contracts, customer master data, and payment information in SAP and other business systems.
• Support continuous improvement of order handling and customer support processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in order handling, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
