Asset Recovery Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA; hybrid schedule, Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate the recovery of LifeVest, HFMS, AMS, and other serialized medical equipment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with internal and external customers about equipment use and returns.
• Create RMAs and Return Orders, manage tracking records, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Schedule UPS shipments and arrange equipment pickups with field representatives.
• Review customer reports, patient agreements, and related documents to obtain contact information.
• Coordinate with patients, field sales, and other stakeholders while managing difficult conversations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated computer skills with strong MS 365 experience.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish skills.
• Experience in a medical device or asset recovery environment.
