Staff Pharmacist

Location: On-site in New Albany, Ohio, Gilbert, Arizona, or Los Alamitos, California

What you will do

• Dispense medications and ensure accurate prescription interpretation, labeling, product selection, and order verification.
• Perform drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and other pharmacist duties.
• Maintain patient profiles and protect patient health information under HIPAA requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel, including workflow, preparation, labeling, and inspections.
• Follow federal, state, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and infection-controlled pharmacy environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Active pharmacist license in the applicable state upon hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and use Windows-based computer systems.
