Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 2801 No. Charles St., Pampa, Texas, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour-per-week schedule, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. A $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are also advertised.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff in delivering appropriate customer service.
• Support community engagement, outreach, and patient wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and address varied medical concerns.
