Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: El Dorado, Kansas, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 00186

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually; $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Guide pharmacy staff on appropriate customer service practices.
• Participate in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
• Onsite work in El Dorado, Kansas, United States.
