Software Engineer IV/Tech Lead (.NET/C#)

What you will do

• Lead major technical initiatives, set direction, make key decisions, and coordinate engineering efforts across teams.
• Architect and build enterprise identity systems using OAuth2, SAML 2.0, OIDC, RBAC, and data access governance.
• Design multi-tenant architecture, including tenant isolation, data access patterns, and scalable provisioning workflows.
• Build platform components and complex features with .NET/C# on AWS.
• Improve data processing pipelines for reliability, observability, and performance, and resolve complex production issues.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership on platform investment, roadmap decisions, security, compliance, mentorship, and technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET/C# and experience building enterprise-grade software.
• Hands-on experience implementing OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures, including tenant isolation, authorization, data governance, and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, debugging, and end-to-end technical problem solving.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, mentor engineers, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and coordinate work across teams.

Nice to have

• 7–12 years of software engineering experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AWS.
• Experience with platform-scale migrations, multi-tenant redesigns, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance programs.
• Python, Node, JavaScript, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Sisense, PostgreSQL, or other ANSI SQL-compliant databases.
• Curiosity about AI tools and concepts.
