Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia. Work format: fully remote, office-based, or hybrid.

What you will do

• Develop features and fix bugs across modern .NET applications.
• Design and sustain telecom application software throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and pair programming for developers and interns.
• Build and optimize solutions for operations, facilities, infrastructure, asset, workforce, inventory, and service management.
• Collaborate with Product Management on training, product briefings, and internal and external deployments.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for coding, reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of .NET development experience, including 5+ years designing or architecting software solutions.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Blazor Server/WebAssembly.
• Solid front-end skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including schema design, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, WCF, SOA, BI dashboards, reporting, ETL, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems, telecommunications plant, or facilities management.
• Experience with DevExpress, test-driven development, ORM tools, unit testing frameworks, service buses, or messaging systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean development, Azure DevOps planning, and pipeline configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
