TL;DR
Technical Lead (.NET) (.NET/software architecture): Designing and developing scalable end-to-end services for an enterprise-grade food ordering platform with an accent on distributed systems, microservices, reliability, and testable C#/.NET code. Focus on driving architectural decisions, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting engineering quality and team development.
Location: Ukraine; fully remote

What you will do
- Design and develop end-to-end flows in distributed and microservices architectures.
- Drive technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions across an enterprise-grade food ordering platform.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and testable software with C# and .NET.
- Write and maintain unit tests and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and communicate decisions, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback and support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean, testable code.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing end-to-end solutions in distributed and microservices architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, judgment, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and delivering sprint and quarterly commitments.
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with F#, SQL Server, and relational databases.
- Experience with NUnit, xUnit, or Playwright.
- Experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, TeamCity, or Octopus.
- Experience with Datadog, Sumo Logic, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Previous technical leadership experience and a background in mentoring developers.
