Associate Director, Product Management – AIM XR (Healthcare Data)

Salary: $121,400–$338,400 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Own and orchestrate the AIM XR product portfolio across identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Sequence roadmaps across Product Managers, Product Owners, engineering, data management, and business teams.
• Represent product direction, trade-offs, progress, and investment needs in executive and cross-functional discussions.
• Coach Product Managers and Product Owners in AI-assisted discovery, rapid prototyping, validation, and governance.
• Modernize data pipelines and delivery infrastructure while improving insight generation through GenAI and automation.
• Connect product strategy to adoption, revenue growth, commercial outcomes, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of multiple workstreams or a portfolio.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing product managers and owners across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven products, identity resolution, data governance, analytics, SQL, data structures, and modern cloud or data platforms.
• Experience applying GenAI, automation, and AI-assisted product practices within product teams.
• Experience connecting product decisions to go-to-market execution and revenue outcomes while handling sensitive data under privacy and regulatory standards.
• Deep Agile/Scrum experience with Jira and Confluence; SAFe or equivalent scaling experience is preferred.

• Experience with data, identity, healthcare, or HCP-focused products.
• Experience with SAFe or equivalent product-delivery scaling frameworks.
