Manager Corporate Audit

Location: Weinheim, Germany; willingness to travel globally for up to approximately 50% of working time.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of process- and risk-oriented audits in national and international environments.
• Analyze financial and business processes for effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and internal control adequacy.
• Communicate and present audit results to relevant stakeholders.
• Support investigations and the analysis and optimization of internal and administrative processes.
• Develop methodological knowledge in auditing.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of audit experience.
• Good understanding of internal auditing theory and practice, with strong analytical, conceptual, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting standards such as IFRS, IT systems preferably SAP, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills for guiding, influencing, and convincing stakeholders.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel globally for up to approximately 50% of working time.
