What you will do
- Manage daily operational performance, including budgets, productivity, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
- Coordinate production, logistics, warehousing, facilities, maintenance, inventory control, customer service, and regional fulfillment at the European Integration Centre.
- Align operational priorities with local, regional, and global leaders and communicate priorities, risks, expectations, and actions.
- Support European sales and operations planning, operational readiness, customer demand, delivery requirements, and service expectations.
- Build team capability through mentoring, performance management, engagement, and accountability.
- Maintain safety, quality, compliance, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in business management, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations management.
- Experience leading operational teams, including performance management, mentoring, and capability development.
- Experience in a European operations environment, preferably in manufacturing, integration, logistics, fulfillment, or regulated gaming technology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and promote accountability.
