Air Export Agent (Logistics)

Location: Smithstown Business Park, Shannon Airport, Shannon, Co Clare, Ireland

What you will do

• Track and trace air export shipments and dispatch freight.
• Prepare and process house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs and regulatory documentation.
• Enter shipment data accurately and on time, monitor reports, and complete client billing.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, airlines, trucking companies, hirify.global offices worldwide, and colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements while meeting key performance indicators.
• Support process improvement and complete 52 hours of company-provided annual training.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of air export documentation.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• IATA certification.
