What you will do

• Retrieve, process, audit, and file documentation for international trade transactions.
• Prepare accurate, professional, and timely communications in line with corporate standards.
• Verify that documentation complies with customer, government, and account-specific requirements.
• Inspect received documentation to confirm that charges and required fields are accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update work processes and procedures for each customer account.
• Communicate with office personnel about obstacles affecting timely document processing.
