Working Student – Accounts Payable (Finance & Accounting)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; part-time, office-based role.

What you will do

• Process and verify incoming supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with Procurement, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier master data, including bank details, according to internal guidelines.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and support the preparation of payment runs.
• Handle day-to-day accounting administration and gain practical experience across the Accounts Payable cycle.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, accurate, detail-oriented working style.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn about financial processes.
• Fluent English is required.
